If this sounds like you, join our mission-driven organization where your expertise as a Business Analyst truly matters!

We’re hiring a full-time Business Analyst for our Executive Division.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging financial systems and processes that contribute to our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as a system administrator for key financial and operational platforms, overseeing user access, data integrity, and system performance.
  • Drive cross-functional projects as a Business Lead, working with the Project Management Office, vendors, and internal stakeholders to implement new tools and upgrades.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring financial system issues, develop corrective actions, and monitor long-term effectiveness.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform tools, with a focus on financial data management, reporting, and automation.

For training purposes, the first six months of work could require more days in the office until an intermittent remote work schedule is agreed upon with your supervisor.

Your experience, skills, and education should include:

  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with Multi-Family Housing Development and compliance or a background in Finance or related fields.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Expert ability to elicit requirements from technical and non-technical staff.
  • Education: nine to ten years relevant work experience, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
