As a Team Member at Chris Murray State Farm, you will:
Assist customers with their insurance needs by providing accurate and timely information
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Process policy changes and updates in the system
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding policy inquiries and claims
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving problems in a professional and efficient manner
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company
Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
