We are looking for a skilled Operations Analyst Level 3 to join our client. In this role, you will play a key part in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making for the sales and marketing teams of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. This role is seeking someone with 2+ years' experience.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed cash flow analyses to evaluate financial performance and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets to guide business decisions.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support financial planning and make recommendations for the business.
• Analyze market trends and financial data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Strong understanding of variance analysis and its application in financial reporting.
• Experience working with and supporting the Sales and Marketing business units.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial insights to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is REQUIRED
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic priorities.
