The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $3,000–$10,000.


Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
  • Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards


Qualifications

  • Retail/Customer-Facing Sales Experience Required, (Automotive Sales Experience a Plus!)

  • Basic Computer Skills
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License
