Technical Recruiter - (hybrid onsite in Boston occasionally). Exciting opportunity to work in the intersection of hardware, tech and fitness.
You will play a critical role supporting our Boston based client in scaling high-performing technical teams, including teams such as engineering, data, and product. You’ll help shape the future of talent pipelines, manage full-cycle recruiting for complex and specialized roles
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with technical leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a variety of domains
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles, leveraging outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagement
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction through to close
- Advise on best practices in candidate evaluation, interview structure, and hiring team alignment
- Use data and insights to inform recruiting strategy and optimize performance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong preference for in-house experience at high-growth or startup companies
- Proven success hiring for a range of technical functions (e.g., software engineering, data science, product management, AI)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex searches, deliver high-quality candidates, and close top talent
- Strong sourcing abilities and comfort using a variety of platforms and tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability
