Common Man Roadside is hiring Food & Beverage Managers for our Hooksett Welcome Centers, located on I-93!

Pay rate: $55k annually
The Food & Beverage manager is responsible for supervision, training, and management within the food service operation. Duties include:
- Directing and overseeing the daily operations of our Food & Bev department
- Opening and closing of daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
- Safety and sanitation
- Employee management including scheduling, training, and development
This is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role desired
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to kneel, squat, bend and reach to stock shelves
- Must be able to lift/ carry packages up to 50 pounds
