Responsibilities

Engage with local residents and business owners to understand their unique risk profiles and insurance needs.

Prepare and present competitive insurance quotes that reflect current market offerings.

Manage an active pipeline of prospective clients while nurturing relationships with our existing policyholders.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to ensure accurate coverage and timely policy issuance.

Participate in local Springfield community events to build our agency's reputation and visibility.

Update and maintain detailed client records to ensure compliance and top-tier service delivery.


Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License for the state of Massachusetts.

Three or more years of experience managing an insurance sales pipeline.

Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.

Strong comfort level with cloud-based CRM systems and digital document management.

Excellent verbal communication skills with an ability to simplify complex policy language for clients.

Completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training.

Previous experience with independent agency software is a plus.
