Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Boston, MA 02108 (Hybrid possible)
Duration: 6 months (potential extension)
Position Overview
The Administrative Coordinator supports the State Bail Administrator and Judicial Response Service Manager in the day-to-day operations and coordination of court-related programs. This includes handling reporting, training logistics, database updates, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities

Manage administrative functions supporting court programs and initiatives.

Distribute cell phones and related materials to Trial Court judges assigned to Judicial Response.

Receive, review, and audit monthly bail reports from over 200 bail officials.

Coordinate logistics and scheduling for training sessions for judges and bail officials.

Develop and maintain operating procedures, forms, and documentation.

Provide technical support and guidance to court personnel.

Analyze data, maintain databases, and prepare reports on program activities.

Assist in the rollout of new programs and administrative initiatives.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Perform additional related duties as needed.
Requirements

Associate’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of administrative or operations experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with judges, attorneys, and the public.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks independently.

Demonstrated professionalism and ethical conduct.
