Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of our Essex Junction office while fostering a supportive and energetic work environment.

Mentor and guide a team of sales agents, helping them reach their personal goals and sharpen their sales techniques.

Develop and execute local outreach strategies that position us as the premier choice for insurance in the region.

Review agency performance metrics to identify trends and adjust our outreach efforts accordingly.

Manage and nurture long-term relationships with our existing client base through genuine, attentive service.

Ensure that all compliance and regulatory requirements are met with absolute precision and integrity.


Requirements

Active Vermont Property & Casualty and Life insurance producer licenses.

Five or more years of experience in insurance sales or agency operations.

Demonstrated history of coaching, mentoring, or leading small teams.

Strong command of agency management systems and digital lead tracking tools.

Deep understanding of the Vermont insurance marketplace and local consumer needs.

Bachelors degree in Business or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
