Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Orange Southwest School District, Randolph VT

Seeking a highly skilled & organized Facilities Maintenance
Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of our PreK-12
campus environments. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, clean,
& fully functional learning environment for students and staff.

Under the direction of the Facilities Director, the Facilities
Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for executing daily
operations, supervising maintenance staff, & responding to
immediate facility needs across multiple district buildings.

This position serves as the district's on-site operational leader,
translating strategic priorities into action & stepping in as the
primary decision-maker during urgent situations or in the absence
of the Facilities Director.

Requirements: Proven experience in building operations,
facilities maintenance or a related field, preferably in a school
district or multi-site environment.

Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and
preventative maintenance software.

Strong communication, leadership, organizational & problem-
solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary - $67,000 - $85,000 annually dependent upon experience,
excellent benefits and retirement package
