What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations for both FOH & BOH
- Drive results across P&L, labor, and food cost
- Hire, train, and motivate a team (many of whom are students)
- Jump in wherever needed — on the line, register, or training shift
- Represent the brand on the campus and community
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (fast-casual or full-service)
- Strong operational & financial management skills
- Hands-on leadership style — ready to roll up your sleeves
