Position Overview:
Were seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our customer service team. In this role, youll be the welcoming face for customers, a friendly voice on the phone, and respond with knowledgeable answers to customer questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable manner
- Provide basic product parts information
- Address questions and concerns with patience and common sense
- Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone calls and email
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Scheduling service calls and maintenance appointments
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams for smooth customer experiences
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, dependable, and approachable demeanor
- Comfort using point-of-sale (POS) or billing systems
- Able to stay organized, calm during busy times, and eager to learn

- Have experience in customer service
- Speak multiple languages (English/Spanish is a big plus)
