JOB SUMMARY:
As a Massage Therapist you will be responsible for providing massage, bodywork, and wellness spa services to guests with unparalleled personalized service, professionalism and possess exceptional knowledge in the field of healing arts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests warmly and escort guests to and from treatment rooms while attending to any immediate needs throughout their Spa session with you.
- Maintain professional ethics while ensuring personalized service is provided to each guest so they feel their needs are met.
- Provide Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
- Prepare treatment rooms to client specifications while also adhering to the Spa service standards.
- Perform prep work and meticulously clean and restock the room as required and needed. Participate fully in maintaining backbar.
- Maintain work area with necessary supplies, sanitation and disinfection procedures ensuring room is always immaculate (tables draped, counters and products clean).
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
- Perform monthly and quarterly deep-clean responsibilities.

- Uniforms and personal appearance must always be immaculate.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.
- Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the spa.
- Assist in any other function as requested by Director of Spa and Wellness as it pertains to the spa, lounges, retail area, and outdoor terrace area.
- Participate fully in any spa promotions within and outside the spa, Estate or at off-site events.
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
- Current NH Massage Therapy License
- Continuing Education is required to maintain massage license/certification
- Flexible schedule including night and weekend shifts
- Experience as a Massage Therapist in a luxury hotel/resort spa
- CPR certification
