Part-Time Recreation Director

TOWN OF LYME PART-TIME RECREATION DIRECTOR Part-time salaried position. The Recreation Director is responsible for designing and managing sports programs tailored to a wide span of age groups for the citizens of Lyme, NH. This role includes recruiting volunteer coaching staff, coordinating game and event schedules, and maintaining facilities and equipment. Additionally, the director engages with parents, participants, and community stakeholders to promote the programs and ensure they align with the organization's goals and values. Monitoring program performance and using data to drive continuous improvement are also key responsibilities of this position. A proven track record of excellent communication skills, the ability to problem solve and work with the public in the interest of the recreation programs are highly valued.
