Responsibilities:

About the Role:
The Technician role is full time or part-time and is an hourly position based on needs of the business. The Technician is primarily responsible for conducting basic vehicle diagnostics and performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. · Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to properly identify required repairs.

· Assist in inventory management to include pulling tires and parts, unloading and stocking inventory.

The Entry Level Technician performs entry-level vehicle maintenance repairs and services on customers’ vehicles while delivering the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met. Adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures. 
Responsibilities:

<li>Correctly mounts, dismounts, balancing, and repair of passenger and light truck tires.</li>
<li>Properly perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.</li>
<li>Properly perform and document vehicle safety inspections.</li>
<li>Perform unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs including, but not limited to, headlights, fan belts, batteries, and wiper blade replacement.</li>

Daily duties would include scheduling incoming appointments, greeting our customers, directing technicians, writing estimates, ordering parts from our suppliers, informing customers of needs and recommended maintenance, in order to maintain our front office and making our customers feel appreciated.
