What You’ll Do:

<li>Deliver patient-centered care that honors rights, dignity, and cultural beliefs</li>
<li>Craft and carry out age-specific care plans tailored to individual needs</li>
<li>Administer medications and treatments in alignment with the 6 Rights of Medication Administration</li>
<li>Confirm patient identity using facility protocols to ensure safe, accurate care</li>
<li>Prioritize critical interventions and respond to patient changes with expert judgment</li>
<li>Conduct thorough assessments and create dynamic care plans</li>
<li>Educate patients and families about ongoing care and treatment pathways</li>
<li>Safeguard patient privacy and maintain meticulous documentation</li>
<li>Advocate for each resident’s safety, autonomy, and comfort</li>
<li>Contribute meaningfully to interdisciplinary care teams</li>
<li>Remain accountable for every aspect of your nursing practice</li>
</ul>
What You’ll Bring:
<ul>
<li>Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state</li>
<li>Minimum 6 months of RN experience</li>
<li>A genuine passion for elder care and person-centered service</li>
<li>Prior experience inLTC or Assisted Living environments is a definite plus</li>
