HCS is seeking experienced Hospice Aide / LNA to make home visits. Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs as well as light housekeeping essential to the patient’s health and social well-being. Activities shall be under the supervision of the appropriate professional therapist when the Aide carries out simple procedures as an extension of physical, speech or occupational therapy. Full-time opportunity working weekdays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and weekend rotation for 30+ hours per week.
 
Retention Bonus of $5,000 payable in quarterly installments during your first year of employment. 
Requirements:
