Registered Nurse (RN) – IV Therapy | Wellness Clinic
Santé Center for Natural Healing is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing wellness practice. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a patient-focused environment and is passionate about IV therapy, preventative care, and integrative health.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments in accordance with established protocols
- Administer IV therapies, injections, and vitamin-based treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor patients during treatments and respond to any adverse reactions
- Document all visits and treatments using EMR systems
- Educate clients and answer questions using approved clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with providers and clinical team to ensure high-quality care
- Deliver exceptional patient experience through professionalism and communication
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards
- Assist with additional services and clinic needs as required
- Participate in training, evaluations, and occasional off-site wellness events
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Minimum 1 year experience with administering IV therapies
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Experience with EMR systems and general computer proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in IV therapy, med spa, or wellness clinic setting
- Strong customer service skills
- Interest in integrative or functional medicine
- Team-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
