<li>Advocate for each resident’s safety, autonomy, and comfort</li>
<li>Contribute meaningfully to interdisciplinary care teams</li>
<li>Remain accountable for every aspect of your nursing practice</li>

What You’ll Bring:
<ul>
<li>Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state</li>
<li>Minimum 6 months of RN experience</li>
<li>A genuine passion for elder care and person-centered service</li>
<li>Prior experience inLTC or Assisted Living environments is a definite plus</li>

&nbsp;What You'll Do:

<li>Deliver personal hygiene care: bathing, grooming, bathroom assistance</li>
<li>Support daily activities: meal service, feeding, turning, ambulating</li>
<li>Provide basic medical care: dressings, preps, ice/heat therapies</li>
<li>Monitor vital signs, weight, and fluid outputs</li>
<li>Respond to patient needs and report observations</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with policies and maintain professional standards</li>
<li>Safely assist in lifting and mobility support using proper techniques</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>ActiveLNA license (NH or compact)</li>
<li>Active CPR/BLS Certification</li>
<li>Minimum3 months of experience as an LNA</li>
<li>Passion for quality care and a heart for seniors</li>
<li>Previous experience in LTC or Assisted Living is a big plus</li>
