Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL regional drivers, including new CDL graduates, to operate on an Eastern Seaboard regional lane. The role offers structured training, predictable routes, and competitive compensation with full benefits after 30 days.

Compensation & benefits

  • $1,200–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles and stops)
  • $0.55–$0.65 per mile plus $15 per stop
  • Safety/fuel-efficiency bonus: $0.06 per mile for incident-free performance
  • Trainee pay: $650+ per week during training (typically 4–6 weeks)
  • Paid orientation: $300
  • Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off

Job details

  • Freight type: 100% no-touch dry van
  • Region: Eastern Seaboard regional lane
  • Average miles: approximately 2,500 miles per week
  • Route predictability and consistent lanes to promote regular schedules and reliable home time

Training & schedule

  • 4–6 weeks of training with a trainer for drivers with under 6 months’ experience
  • Typical cycle: out ~12 days, home ~2 days (bi-weekly home time)
  • Drivers must be available for day or night driving as required by route assignments

Minimum requirements

  • Age 21 or older
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
  • Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screening
  • Reasonable driving record and work history demonstrating safety and reliability

Selection considerations

  • Candidates are evaluated based on driving history, background screening, and employment verification
  • Prior terminations or safety-related issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
