<li>Provide dyadic therapy and parenting support to individuals working towards substance use disorder recovery</li>
<li> Provide clinical services in a home-based or community-based setting</li>
<li> Collaborate on completing client assessments and treatment plans</li>
<li> Provide case management/collaboration amongst other providers</li>
<li> Be available to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs</li>
<li> Collaborate with Family Recovery Support Specialists (peer staff) within the program</li>
<li> Facilitate parenting and recovery groups as assigned</li>
<li> Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of program and individuals</li>
<li> Maintaining strict confidentiality is a necessity in this position</li>
</ul>
Required Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field </li>
<li>Massachusetts independent licensure as an LMHC, or active participation in a pre-established plan to obtain independent licensure within two years of hire </li>
<li>Experience working in the field of Substance Addiction Services preferred</li>
<li>Experience working with parents and infants/young children preferred</li>
<li>Ability to work both in the office and remotely from home </li>
<li>Strong computer skills including an ability to host telehealth sessions and use electronic health records </li>
<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills </li>
<li>Able to work both independently and in a team setting</li>

Compensation:
A salary within the range of $78,200 to $105,800 annually (for full time hires) will be provided to the successful candidate having met the minimum requirements for the position consistent with the MOC compensation philosophy.
