Job Requirements
Your responsibilities are to:

<li>Ensure full compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies (both dealership and manufacturer)</li>
<li>Utilize menu selling software to present every product to every customer every time. Old-school high pressure sales techniques are prohibited at Sentry, so if that is your approach, please do not waste time applying; we simply want to ensure that optional products such as extended service plans are presented to all customers with full disclosure of coverage choices.</li>
<li>Assist in overseeing delivery process to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.</li>
