As a Private Client Advisor&nbsp;you’ll be an ambassador for H&amp;P by establishing and strengthening relationships with intermediary and direct clients. Your primary focus will be converting leads into client cases by delivering exceptional customer service, providing a premier onboarding experience, and offering world-class advisory services to both new and existing clients. &nbsp;
Responsibilities: &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Raise awareness about H&amp;P's services and solutions by proactively reaching out to potential clients and intermediary partners.</li>
<li>Conduct research and prepare impactful meetings with potential introducers, intermediary partners, and client prospects/leads.</li>
<li>Provide expert advice on residency &amp; citizenship planning to help clients achieve their objectives.</li>
<li>Qualify prospects and perform initial due-diligence checks to assess suitability and mitigate operational risks.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to deliver a world-class client experience throughout the sales journey.</li>
<li>Achieve a high success rate in converting sales leads into H&amp;P clients.</li>
<li>Meet and exceed annual sales targets for assigned jurisdictions.</li>
<li>Actively expand the existing contact database to identify new opportunities for value creation.</li>
<li>Maintain a high level of industry and program knowledge to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects.</li>
<li>Keep detailed and effective notes on prospect and customer interactions using our CRM system.</li>
<li>Act as a positive representative of H&amp;P and our brand at industry events and conferences</li>

Qualifications: &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, or related disciplines.</li>
<li>Masters or advanced degree are considered an advantage.</li>
<li>+3&nbsp;years of customer-facing sales experience in investment, insurance, real state, private banking, or wealth management.</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with HNWIs is highly appreciated.</li>
<li>Strong international networks for business development.</li>
<li>Multilingual and territorial-specific experience considered an advantage.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills to engage with industry stakeholders.</li>
<li>Collaborative approach to build positive relationships and influence others.</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, including tact and diplomacy.</li>
<li>Strong research and strategic analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.</li>
<li>Ability to gather data and provide accurate client analysis for tailored solutions.</li>
