Job Summary:
Provide clinical leadership and direction for programs within the CBYS division, whose mission is to strengthen, expand and integrate a comprehensive system of community- based, culturally competent behavioral health and complementary services for children with serious emotional and behavioral health needs along with their families. The Clinical Supervisor is accountable to the CBYCS Program Director and Regional Director. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the clinical program that they are assigned to. They will ensure that cases are assigned and closed in a timely manner, review medical charts for quality, ensure workers are providing appropriate and quality care and will support all clinical aspects of the direct care staff and cases that they are assigned to. 
Duties and Responsibilities:

This role is critical to ensuring timely product delivery by aligning machine, labor, and material resources with production goals. You will collaborate cross-functionally, analyze capacity data, and maintain schedules that keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

<li>1-3 years of experience in production planning, materials coordination, inventory control, or supply chain.</li>

Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations of a technology manufacturing company. This role is hands-on and responsible for accounting, payroll coordination, reconciliations, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong SAP Business One or SAP S/4HANA experience and a solid understanding of GAAP and cost accounting.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–4:30PM
Responsibilities:

<li>Process journal entries, accruals, and expense allocations.</li>
<li>Support month-end close and maintain accurate financial records.</li>
<li>Administer payroll and coordinate with external payroll providers.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with internal controls and assist with audits.</li>
<li>Generate financial reports and dashboards using SAP Business One.</li>
<li>Support general administrative and accounting tasks as needed.</li>
<li>Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and inventory transactions.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, reports, and analyses.</li>
<li>Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.</li>

Qualifications/Must Haves:

<li>Stable work history with consistent tenure in accounting roles.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.</li>

<li>Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory accounting.</li>
<li>Associate degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)</li>
<li>3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technology manufacturing environment.</li>

<li>Exposure to audits and internal control processes.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a hands-on accounting role.</li>
