EM Assembler II – Immediate Openings
A leading manufacturing facility in the Westborough area is seeking reliable and detail-oriented EM Assembler II to support daily operations. These are temp-to-hire positions with long-term career potential for individuals who demonstrate strong work ethic and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Move, load, and stage materials throughout the production and warehouse areas
- Support basic assembly and production tasks as needed
- Package and label finished products for shipment
- Follow written and verbal instructions to meet daily production goals
- Maintain clean and safe work areas in compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to support production flow and efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or material handling role preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to cross-train across departments
