Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Bring:
- Valid Paraprofessional Certification or an Associate’s degree (required)
- Experience with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism is highly preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and adaptability working with elementary-aged children
- Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 support to a specific elementary student throughout the school day
- Assist with both academic tasks and social or behavioral activities
- Implement strategies developed by teachers and specialists to promote learning success
- Help with classroom routines, transitions, and individualized support needs
- Serve as a positive, encouraging presence, helping your student build confidence and independence
Job Details:
- Full-time contract; 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Start ASAP through June 12, 2026
- Work exclusively with one elementary student to maximize individualized support
- Competitive hourly wage between $20-$24, paid weekly
