What You'll Bring:
- Current Massachusetts RN license and valid CRNA certification
- ACLS certification required
- Strong skills in anesthesia assessment, management, and evaluation
- Ability to handle high-acuity cases, including difficult airways and complex anatomy
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities
- New grads are encouraged to apply!
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with advanced ENT, ophthalmic, or head and neck procedures
- Experience in teaching or academic roles
- Familiarity with innovative airway management techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduate degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Minimum of one year of anesthesia practice preferred but not mandatory
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work 4+ shifts per week (12pm–8pm), Monday to Friday
- Limited vacation during summer months (up to one week)
- Open to candidates available for a minimum of 2 shifts per week
- Access to parking (covered at 17/day)
- Flexibility for occasional travel, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements
