SYNERGY HomeCare is actively seeking dependable and compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs for urgent openings in Stoughton, MA! We are looking for caregivers who are dedicated to providing quality assistance, building meaningful connections with clients, and helping them remain comfortable and independent at home.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and everyday activities

• Support mobility, walking, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Notify the care team of changes in clients' conditions or needs

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience is preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and trustworthy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes

• Dependable and able to maintain scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
