Job DescriptionAdecco Staffing is partnering with a reputable manufacturing facility in Peterborough, NH to hire Machine Maintenance Technicians on 1st & 2nd shift! This is a temp-to-hire or direct-hire opportunity, depending on your level of manufacturing technician experience. The position offers competitive pay rates and the opportunity to join a growing company.
Pay Rate: $17-$40.25 per hour, depending on experience and shift
Schedules Available:
- 1st Shift Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, OT available
- 2nd Shift Monday through Friday 3:15pm-11:45pm, OT available
Job Summary:
We are looking for a machine maintenance technician who will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) and inspections on a variety of production equipment including CNC grinders, lathes, mills, and manual machining equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs on equipment.
- Handle a variety of chemicals and oils, including hazardous wastes - utilizing the proper PPE and equipment, and ensuring proper labeling per state and federal requirements.
- Maintain necessary maintenance records. Detect and report unusual conditions problems to proper supervisor.
- Move and store tools, materials, equipment and components as directed.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Keep work area in clean and orderly condition.
- Participates in regular skills and safety trainings.
- Available to work overtime to support repairs and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Machine maintenance or machining experience at a manufacturing company or closely related industry.
Preferred Experience:
- Maintaining, diagnosing, and fixing (not limited to):
- Bridgeport
- Haas
- Okuma
- Mori Sieki
- Mazak
- Grinding machinery like Cincinatti and/or Nagata, among many others

Pay Details: $17.00 to $40.25 per hour
