Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Production Technician opportunities in Framingham, MA. Responsibilities for a Production Technician include but are not limited to:

Operate and maintain production equipment, including fillers, labelers, case packers, and palletizers, ensuring efficient changeovers and cleaning.

Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machinery like blow mold machines, wrappers, and forklifts to minimize downtime.

Record key production metrics such as preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, and output.

Adhere to safe work practices and good manufacturing practices (GMPs), participating in safety observation programs.
Candidates for Production Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Prior experience in clean manufacturing or exposure to high-speed production is preferred.

Ability to work the scheduled shift (Monday – Friday | 4:30 PM – 3:30 AM), including start-up and handover meetings.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
