SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for caring and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our team in Weymouth, MA. We’re urgently hiring caregivers who want to make a meaningful difference by helping clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities

• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Communicate changes in clients’ conditions or care needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care independently in clients’ homes

• Dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
