Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status, employing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to craft individual treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that anticipate patient outcomes, continually assessing progress and adjusting treatment strategies accordingly.
- Maintain meticulous and timely treatment records, clinical notes, and reports integrated with current electronic health record systems to comply with regulatory standards.
- Collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans alongside patients and their families, ensuring alignment with desired outcomes and cultural values.
- Coordinate referrals and resources, acting as a vital link between patients and external treatment providers while nurturing effective relationships with various stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
