Our Customer Service Team is seeking a full-time Corporate Receptionist - Customer Service Assistant to manage the front desk at our One Delta Corporate office, to greet and direct callers and visitors, answer customer letters and emails, and to provide outgoing customer correspondence for our Customer Service Department.

The Corporate Receptionist - Customer Service Assistant role offers a competitive salary at $20.00 - $22.00 / hour based on experience.

Some of the Responsibilities for this Role: Greet guests and customers at our corporate office and notify appropriate department of visitor's arrival and direct deliveries.

Assures visitor sign-in, assigns badges to visitors, visitor sign out, and return of badges.

Serves as member of the Safety and Wellness Committee. Provides input on safety and building security issues and procedures.

Operates facsimile machine and software to send and receive documents. Organizes and distributes incoming and outgoing faxes; calls in repairs and replaces toner.

Updates and maintains internal telephone directory, emergency evacuation Sweeper list, employee emergency information, and car registration lists.

Acts as initial resource for building security.

Maintains the corporate telephone lists working closely with Human Resources to ensure the lists are up to date.

Composes and sends written correspondence via mail, facsimile, and email to subscribers and dental offices to answer questions, clarify benefits, or respond to inquiries.

Provides written correspondence to subscribers and dental offices.

Distributes incoming email to appropriate resources.

Operates a multi-line switchboard, answers incoming telephone calls and directs inquiries to the appropriate person or department; maintains knowledge of the corporation and its various departments in order to direct callers and answer inquiries.

Trains and coaches new representatives.

Skills, Abilities & Knowledge for this Role: High school diploma plus at least one year of related experience in claims processing or customer service, or an equivalent combination of training, experience and/or education.

Work Schedule for this Role: The typical work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:50 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Our full-time schedule is 37.5 hours per week. This position will work 100% on-premises at our Concord, NH headquarters.
