Opportunity Overview:
\n
POP MART is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Vending Machine Contractor – RoboShop to support the operation and performance of our automated retail vending machines. This hands-on role is responsible for keeping assigned RoboShops stocked, clean, organized, and operating in accordance with POP MART's brand and operational standards.
\n
The contractor will travel between assigned RoboShop locations to replenish products, monitor inventory, identify operational issues, and support the overall performance of the assigned machines.

This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Contractors will be required to complete a Form W-9 and are responsible for managing their own tax obligations in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

What You Will Achieve:
\n

- Manage the day-to-day operation of assigned RoboShops, including product restocking, cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation.
- Monitor assigned machines to ensure they remain stocked, operational, and aligned with established performance standards.
- Receive incoming merchandise deliveries and transport inventory to assigned RoboShop locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and securely store excess merchandise that cannot be accommodated at assigned locations.
- Identify product availability, inventory, or operational issues and communicate them promptly to the designated POP MART representative.
- Direct customers to POP MART Customer Support when additional assistance is required.
- Coordinate with POP MART regarding inventory needs, maintenance issues, operational updates, and assigned tasks.
- Meet established service levels, deadlines, and performance expectations for assigned RoboShops.
- Perform other services related to the operation and management of assigned RoboShops as needed.

What You Will Need:
\n

- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: At least 6 months of retail, merchandising, inventory, logistics, stocking, or related experience preferred.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required for regular travel between assigned RoboShop locations.
- Inventory Storage: Ability to receive merchandise deliveries at your residence and maintain adequate, secure space to store excess inventory.
- Availability: Ability to provide services based on business needs, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage inventory, restocking, and multiple priorities.
- Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet established deadlines.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly between assigned RoboShop locations.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, stocking, inventory, logistics, or field-based operations.
- Experience managing inventory, receiving merchandise, or completing inventory counts.
- Experience working independently across multiple customer or retail locations.
- Familiarity with vending machines, kiosks, automated retail, or similar equipment.
- Interest in designer toys, collectibles, Asian pop culture, and POP MART's IP portfolio.

Physical Requirements

- Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods while servicing assigned RoboShop locations.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, reach, and safely use ladders or step stools.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks including unpacking, organizing, transporting, and stocking merchandise.
- Must be able to work in environments requiring frequent movement and multitasking.
- Must be able to work in varying temperature conditions when receiving, storing, or transporting merchandise.
- Manual dexterity required to safely use standard tools and equipment associated with stocking and inventory.
- Must be able to regularly travel between assigned RoboShop locations.

Compensation Details

Compensation for this independent contractor opportunity varies by market and geographic location and will be provided in the applicable posting. Any applicable compensation information will be provided in accordance with state and local requirements.
