How you’ll contribute
- Guard the details—precision and completeness are non-negotiable.
- Execute inspections/tests for WIP, finished goods, raw materials, and tooling per established procedures.
- Lead First Article Inspection efforts: plan, interpret specs and drawings, create ballooned prints, and compile compliance matrices.
- Turn complex technical documents into clear inspection criteria.
- Maintain and update controlled documents (process sheets, work orders, inspection reports) as specs evolve.
- Validate work package completeness (work orders, batch tests, incoming/tooling inspection, etc.).
- Write clear work instructions, forms, test reports, and supporting quality documentation.
- Drive corrective action using structured root cause methods for nonconformances.
- Operate a range of inspection tools and vision systems with confidence.
- Assist with internal, customer, and registrar audits.
- Model safe work practices (including appropriate PPE) and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture.
- Prioritize effectively to maximize quality and efficiency.
- Support QC priorities while owning your core QA responsibilities.
What you bring
