Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in inclusive settings
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Proficiency in collaborative teaching and adaptive strategies

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that address the diverse needs of students with varying abilities
- Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families to create a prehensive educational experience
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods as needed
