PROGRAM MANAGER

Diversified Technologies, Inc. (DTI) is an international leader in the design and manufacture of high-power electrical equipment. Our exceptional engineers and scientists collaborate to develop the worlds most powerful radar transmitters, pulsed power units for state-of-the-art processing in food, energy and wastewater, and advanced R&D for national laboratories.
DTI seeks a Program Manager to join its growing, high-technology business. DTIs work involves the design, construction, installation and testing of specialized, high-power electrical equipment for industrial and government applications. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to work in a challenging, innovative, fast-paced technical organization based in Bedford, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedule, scope, and budget for engineering/production program(s)
- Plan, direct and coordinate program activities. Secure resources (staff, equipment, space) to program needs
- Take a "hands-on" approach to effective communications with engineers, technicians, and productions staff, to achieve program cost and schedule milestones
- Produce and edit internal and external documents (plans, reports) in support of program requirements
- Interface with customers, lead design reviews and status produce formal and informal status reports
- Monitor program progress to ensure detailed technical specifications are met, and all other contract requirements satisfied on budget and schedule
- Communicate program status and requirements to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree; advanced degree in engineering or management preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong analytical skills, ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated knowledge of program management tools
- Established leadership and interpersonal skills, team building and conflict management
- Understand program cost accounting and basic financial analysis
- Experience with U.S. Government contracts a plus
- U.S. Citizen
Compensation:
- Salary range $190,000 - $210,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
