Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Certification is mandatory
- At least one year of hands-on school experience
- Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or Behavior Specialist preferred
- Demonstrated ability to provide 1:1 assistance, especially with pediatric students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school setting
Your role will include:
- Delivering direct classroom support to students with behavioral or learning needs
- Providing individualized, compassionate one-on-one assistance
- Collaborating with educators, specialists, and families to implement student plans
- Supporting positive behaviors and social-emotional growth
