Job Summary
Are you a pet lover with a passion for customer service? If so, we’d like to hear from you! We are seeking an outgoing and organized individual to be the Front Desk Administrator at our busy clinic/training facility. As the Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet clients and check in patients/students, schedule appointments, process payments, and generally ensure that a clinic is a welcoming place. We offer our clients physical therapy, fitness, hydrotherapy, in addition to our full performance sports programs including agility, dock diving, flyball, & nosework. We also provide all levels classes from puppy to performance foundation skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet owners/clients/students as they arrive
- Check-in all clients for their appointments
- Collect and confirm pet and owner information
- Answer phones
- Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments (MindBody software)
- Process payments - therapy visits, facility rentals, group classes & private lessons
- Other administrative & facility duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills & strong multitasking skills
- Effective communication with clients and coworkers
- Comfortable working with pet dogs, limited mobility dogs & performance dogs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and other technology
