As a Client Service Professional, you will:

<li>Greet clients warmly and answer phones in a friendly, professional manner</li>
<li>Pair clients with the best tax professional for their needs</li>
<li>Schedule appointments based on client preferences</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized office alongside team members</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as needed</li>
</ul>
