<li>Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm for the right person, based on experience and budget</li>
<li>Preferred Skills: Electrical experience is a plus along with welding experience!</li>
<li>Forklift experience is a plus (loading and unloading) – if the contractor is kept on assignment beyond 1+ months, they will be considered for ALUS Forklift training</li>
<li>The use of air tools/impact guns for pack frames/general hand tool knowledge is a plus</li>
<li>Work Environment: Inside 75% and Outside 25%</li>
<li>Weight Requirement: 50 lbs</li>
