Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a full-time paraprofessional role supporting high school students in grades 9-12. This contract position runs from ASAP through June 2026, offering 32 to 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, located in the Dover, NH area.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience working in schools, preferably with high school students
- Ability to support educational and developmental needs of students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable and professional work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers and staff in supporting classroom activities for students in grades 9-12
- Provide one-on-one or group support as needed for students with diverse learning needs
- Help implement classroom lessons and activities
- Monitor and assist students to promote a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with school staff to meet student goals
Location:
- Dover, New Hampshire area
