<li>Provide a safe and loving environment for the Preschoolers in his/her care</li>
<li>Change diapers as needed</li>
<li>Provide an appropriate and educational curriculum</li>
<li>Communicate with parents</li>
<li>Create areas in the classroom that promote learning</li>
<li>Work with a team</li>
<li>Needs to be responsible and reliable</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications for a Teacher<br><br>
<ul>
<li>Completion of the Early Childhood courses as designed by the state Child Care Authority</li>
<li>Meet annual professional development requirements, per state regulations</li>
<li>Ability to pass a drug screen and background check</li>
<li>A caring individual who enjoys teaching young children</li>
<li>Able to lift up to 30 pounds</li>
<li>Extended periods sitting on the floor</li>
<li>Ability to work a shift between 7 am - 5:30 pm that changes weekly</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to the Child Care center</li>
<li>Great customer service skills to communicate effectively with parents</li>
