Warehouse Operations Coordinator - Shipping, Receiving & Inventory
Job Description
Job Description
Keep the Details Right. Keep the Warehouse Moving.
A successful warehouse operation depends on more than moving products. It takes accurate information, organized processes, clear communication, and someone who can keep everything moving behind the scenes.
Asahi/America is looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator who enjoys bringing order to a busy environment. This position combines administrative coordination, inventory support, shipping and receiving documentation, and problem-solving with occasional hands-on assistance in the warehouse.
What’s The Job?
You'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse operations organized, accurate, and running efficiently. Approximately 75% of your time will focus on administrative and operational coordination, including ERP transactions, shipping and receiving documentation, inventory tracking, reporting, and communication with internal teams and freight carriers.
The other 25% involves stepping into the warehouse when needed to help resolve discrepancies, verify shipments, support inventory activities, and assist the team with daily operational needs. You'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager and warehouse employees to make sure information is accurate, issues are addressed, and work keeps moving.
What You Will Own.
You'll coordinate the administrative details that support our daily warehouse operations, including preparing shipping documents, tracking freight, maintaining inventory records, and processing receipts, transfers, and adjustments in our ERP system. You'll assist with cycle count reconciliation, investigate shipment discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound material. Working closely with Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, and warehouse employees, you'll help resolve issues, support reporting requirements, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
What Separates You From The Rest.
You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several priorities at once. You have at least two years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or warehousing. You're proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a strong plus.
Most importantly, you're not someone who says, "That's not my job." You're comfortable working at a computer, but you're equally willing to walk into the warehouse, talk with employees, verify information, and help solve a problem. You understand that accurate paperwork and efficient warehouse operations go hand in hand, and you take pride in making both work.
Why You'll Love Working Here.
At Asahi/America, you'll join an established manufacturing and distribution company where your work directly supports our customers and daily operations. You'll work with people across the organization, gain exposure to different aspects of warehouse and supply chain operations and have opportunities to expand your skills. We offer medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and disability insurance from day one, a 401(k) with a generous company match and immediate vesting, and continuing education reimbursement.

Salary Range: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour Plus Bonus.
