We've been based in Auburndale, MA for over 15 years and are known for doing things the right way-using effective, responsible treatments and providing helpful, honest service.We're growing steadily and looking for someone who wants more than just a job. We want team members who are interested in building a long-term role with us.About the RoleOur office staff is the communication hub of the company. This role involves a lot of phone and computer work throughout the day, helping customers and supporting our field team.This is an in-office position in Newton/Auburndale, MA, near Commonwealth Ave, Route 128, and the Mass Pike.ScheduleFull-time, weekday shifts (8 hours)Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PMOne or two Saturday mornings per month (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)What You'll Be DoingAnswering inbound phone calls and assisting customersScheduling and updating service appointmentsResponding to customer emails and written requestsSetting up and updating customer accountsAnswering questions about services and billingPreparing invoices, deposits, and statementsFollowing up on paymentsCommunicating with team members by phone, email, and textGeneral office and administrative supportThis is a fast-paced office environment, so you'll need to be comfortable talking and using a computer at the same time.What We're Looking ForComfortable speaking on the phone and communicating clearlyStrong computer skills and attention to detailGood common sense and problem-solving abilityFriendly, professional, and dependableAble to juggle multiple tasks throughout the dayCustomer service experience is required (retail, food service, hospitality, call center, or similar)General knowledge of Eastern Massachusetts geography is a plusNo pest control experience is required-we train you.What We OfferCompetitive hourly payPaid trainingMedical and dental benefitsStable, full-time workSupportive team environmentA role that is always in demand-pest control is essential workReal job satisfaction helping customers with problems they care aboutWhy Greenhow?Our customers need and appreciate what we do, and we treat our team with respect.
