Job DescriptionQuality Assurance Specialist – Analytical Compliance (Relocation Offered!)

What You’ll Do:
- Review and confirm compliance for raw materials, in-process, and finished product analytical documents.
- Monitor adherence to current Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP) during routine operations.
- Verify chemicals, reagents, and standards for accuracy and completeness against SOPs.
- Review audit trails and data to ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Coordinate with analytical laboratory teams to provide documentation to cross-functional groups.
- Maintain and track incoming documents with proper storage and archival.
- Identify gaps in systems and recommend improvements.
- Participate in investigations and incident reviews to ensure proper compliance.
- Support departmental and cross-functional projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in analytical or analytical QA roles.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, and analytical laboratory activities (API, drug products, QC).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality systems software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (day/evening) and occasional weekends as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $75400.00/yr.
