We are Hiring an HVAC Service - Oil Burner Technician!
In this position you will be providing service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, working with oil burners, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems.
Position: HVAC Service - Oil Burner Technician
Hours: Day Shift, 8-hour workday; flexible start time
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, overtime available, and on-call rotation
Pay: $38.00 to $45.00 + per hour. We pay based on experience and capabilities

Position Overview:
- Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Working with oil burners, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems
- Propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers
- Experience service /maintenance/ troubleshooting / repairing, a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment
- Providing excellent customer service
- Consulting with and educating homeowners on systems and product
- Ability to contact tech support with diagnostic questions
- Daily use of tablet
Qualifications / Skills:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 5 + years of HVAC experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Excellent customer service skills
- MA Oil license
- Experience consulting customer with repair and replace decisions
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate from a HVAC Technical School desired
