Sigma Inc. is looking for a Recruiter II (Hybrid) to work onsite at client location in Boston, MA.

Schedule : Hybrid- Can be remote 2 days/week

Summary :
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles at Boston University. This individual will work closely with hiring managers and HR liaisons to attract and hire top talent, ensuring compliance and consistency throughout. The Recruitment Specialist will also ensure the smooth operation of the recruitment process, from job posting through offer negotiation, while maintaining excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings, screening, to extending offers.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to ensure proper deployment of the hiring process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely feedback, and transparency throughout the process.
  • Track Recruitment Activity: Update and maintain requisition and candidate progress within the ATS to ensure accurate records.
  • Pre-employment Clearance: Collaborate with the Operations team to initiate and track pre-employment requirements for new hires. Ensure all stakeholders are informed of updates, delays, and clearances.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional level experience in recruiting and/or sourcing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and SAP, is strongly preferred
  • Project management and process deployment expertise is desirable.
  • Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
  • Professional and polished written and verbal communication style.
  • Effective problem-solving critical thinking skills.
  • Proven experience in high volume recruitment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and HR legal compliance.
