Responsibilities:
- Respond to new leads promptly and professionally (speed to lead is key!).
- Build and nurture relationships with buyers and sellers to understand their unique needs.
- Conduct market consultations, listing presentations, and property showings.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee transactions from offer to closing.
- Commit to continuous learning through our training programs and team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Current Real Estate License (Required).
- Sales Mindset: You are self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working on a commission basis.
- Excellent Communicator: You can build rapport quickly over the phone and in person.
- Tech-Savvy: You embrace new technology and are organized in your follow-up.
- Team Player: You want to be part of a winning culture.
Compensation:
- Pay: $48,226 - $196,492+ per year (Commission-based).
- Structure: Competitive splits with bonus opportunities.
