What You’ll Do as a Lead Barista:
As our Lead Barista, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional coffee and service to our customers. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
- Lead and inspire the barista team by setting an example of excellent customer service and efficiency.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by managing workflow, inventory, and cleanliness standards.
- Foster a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and appreciated.
- Train and mentor new team members, sharing your knowledge and passion for coffee.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a candidate who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the role. To thrive as our Lead Barista, you should have:
- At least 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or similar environment.
- A strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and support your team.
- A customer-first mindset with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
